DUBAI — In a defining moment of diaspora diplomacy, Somaliland President Abdirahman Mohamed Abdillahi (Irro) met with members of the Somaliland business community and diaspora in the United Arab Emirates, underscoring their indispensable role in driving the nation’s development, investment, and international engagement.
