Starlink Launches in Israel: Pricing, Plans, and What’s Available

SpaceX’s satellite internet service Starlink, owned by Elon Musk, is now live in Israel, the Communications Ministry confirmed Thursday. The rollout includes installation of antennas to connect homes and businesses.

Preorders began in early August via a new Hebrew-language website. Residential service starts at $62 per month with unlimited data. Business options include:

  • $81/month: stationary connection, 40GB prioritized access

  • $181/month: 1TB prioritized access

  • $379/month: 2TB prioritized access

Self-installation kits are available, and the site lists local resellers, job openings, and plan details.

Starlink’s pitch — high-speed internet in remote areas — could face challenges in Israel, where fiber coverage is already widespread. The service may appeal to homeowners in isolated spots who can mount antennas on rooftops or balconies.

Only stationary antennas are available at launch. Portable “Roam” kits and high-performance models for remote sites aren’t yet sold in Israel, though the travel mini antenna appears on the site without dollar pricing or confirmed availability.
